Rider Stories

Every delivery person who joins HungryPanda is affectionately referred to as a rider. Before becoming a rider, they may have been doctors, salespeople, or students. After becoming a rider, they continue to shine in this new field.

Australia - Guo Jing

Having lived in Melbourne for 4 years, Guo Jing came across delivery work while adapting to life abroad. Running hard to deliver goods on time, she bought medicine for users during the pandemic while unable to return home to avoid infecting her family, missing the opportunity to see her father one last time. Brave and independent, she embodies the spirit of 'women can achieve anything.

UK - Rogerio

Before becoming a delivery partner, Rogerio was a tumor doctor who was born in France, raised in Brazil, and settled in London. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he experienced immense grief with the loss of his eldest son and his wife falling ill. He had to shoulder the responsibility of taking care of his younger son and his wife's well-being. Everything changed when he encountered HungryPanda. Meaningful work and a friendly work environment brightened his once gloomy life, bringing a ray of light into his heart.

New Zealand - Liu Juntao

Liu Juntao has been working as a delivery rider for 3 years. He chose this job because his wife wanted to go to school, and he didn't want to miss out on seeing his two children grow up. Like countless other riders, they are sons, husbands, and fathers who tirelessly strive for their families and their lives. During work, they do their best to ensure every delivery reaches the customers safely.
