加拿大 Business Development Specialist
【岗位职责】
1.市场拓展与商户开发：根据市场情况开展市场调研和竞品分析，挖掘具备订单潜力、高流量的中国及亚洲餐厅资源；独立开展商户商务洽谈，推动合作签约，负责商户信息收集、录入及合作流程推进。
2.商户上线与运营支持：负责商户产品培训、上线配置及后台操作维护；定期进行商户拜访，协助申请、铺设及更换商户物料；深入了解商户经营问题，根据商户需求提供解决方案，及时处理日常运营问题及突发情况。
3.业务增长与跨团队协作：根据商户需求及业务数据指标，与市场、配送运营及其他团队协作，提升商户交易额（GMV）及订单量；通过数据分析和运营策略优化，推动商户业务增长。
4.商户关系维护：建立并维护与商户长期稳定的合作关系，优化商户体验，实现平台与商户双赢。
Job Description
1.Acquire merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), taking responsibility for sales revenue and market share growth.
2.Conduct in-person meetings with potential merchants, negotiate contracts, and drive business partnerships.
3.Maintain relationships with existing merchants, coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and continuously improve merchant satisfaction and service quality.
4.Conduct regular merchant visits and support merchants with material applications and replacements.
5.Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on merchant needs and business objectives.
6.Maintain and update merchant backend settings to ensure smooth business operations.
7.Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery Operations, and other teams to develop strategies that increase GMV and order volume.
【岗位要求】
1.有商务拓展、销售、市场运营或商户管理相关经验优先。
2.市场敏感度和数据敏感度高，具备较强的客户拓展、陌生拜访及商务谈判能力。
3.具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与不同团队协作推动业务合作落地。
4.有互联网、本地生活、外卖平台相关工作经验优先。
5.具备良好的时间管理、项目管理及执行能力。
6.商业敏感度强，热爱餐饮行业，具备较强抗压能力和解决问题能力。
7.普通话流利。
8.持有效驾照并拥有私人车辆。
Job Requirements
1.Must be fluent in Mandarin.
2.Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management is preferred.
3.Strong market and data sensitivity with excellent customer acquisition and negotiation skills.
4.Strong commercial acumen and passion for working with restaurants; not afraid of challenges or rejection.
5.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and independently drive partnerships.
6.Strong time management and project management skills.
7.Previous experience in internet companies is preferred.
8.Have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
